  • 於輔英科技大學這幾年來除了積極架設自己研究設備外(目前毛細管電泳UV和LIF的偵測系統各一套),其研究主軸則著重於微量化學與生物樣品的分析,實驗的架設依照不同樣品的特性以毛細管電泳發展出不同分析檢測技術。主要區分為三種研究如小分子的研究、大分子的研究及奈米粒子研究。小分子的研究方面,利用自組LIF毛細管設備獨自開發出使用胺和鹵素離子形成離子對而改變分析物電淌度之觀念,來提升分離生物胺的解析度與靈敏度(偵測極限可達nM)。除此之外也使用階段式的溶液概念獨自發展出濃縮與分離神經傳導物的技術,此技術不但可以同時用來分離兒茶酚胺與代謝酸化合物,而且偵測極限可達pM [2],因無須繁雜樣品處理步驟,這些開發的方法具有低成本、簡單和易自動化等優點。另一方面也尋求校內同事的合作,共同發展出分析天然物(香椿)的組成的技術,目前已接受一篇,另一篇審稿中。大分子的研究方面,最近也發展出另一種新的線上濃縮蛋白質的檢測技術,此技術除了使用高靈敏度雷射誘導螢光偵測,並利用低濃度的SDS或者PEO來準備蛋白質的樣品,加上搭配SDS的溶液區段,使得原本難以偵測的蛋白質的濃度都可以輕易被檢測出,如以UV-Vis的偵測方式也都有不錯的結果,在奈米粒子研究方面,承緒與同仁合作,成功開發於水相溶液中合成出會發出不同顏色螢光的量子點(CdSe和CdSe@CdS),此外在高功率光照射下,探討蛋白質及溶液酸鹼值對合成大小與顏色不同之金奈米粒子之影響,並在適當條件下,合成穩定及較純之球狀金奈米粒子。最後綜合這些結果完成兩篇相關於毛細管電泳分析大小分子與奈米粒子回顧文獻。
